- ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment balancing multiple priorities and ensuring delivery
Responsibility
- ability to deal with all aspects of Employment Tribunals
- providing all aspects of generalist HR advice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and management of absence processes
- providing complex employee relations HR advice and guidance to senior leaders
- responsibility for dealing with trade unions & solicitors including tribunal cases
