Requirements
- experience in the holiday parks industry at a senior level
- holiday Park Management: 2 years
Responsibility
- managing all aspects of the day to day running of Durdle Door Holiday Park, Holiday Cottages and associated services, ensuring compliance with standards for product, presentation and service
- taking full budget responsibility for driving bookings, sales and revenue streams, whilst controlling costs and ensuring the sustainable growth of the Lulworth Holidays offering
- managing specified capital expenditure, as specified by the Chief Executive. Contributing to the conceptual, planning and implementation phases of projects and development
- motivation, recruitment, retention, training and development of the team to ensure best performance, an enthusiastic work environment and exceptional level of guest experience/
- collaborating with other Heads of Department across the Lulworth Estate, for example Food and Beverage, Retail, Car Parks, Visitor Services, Rangers, Castle and Park, IT and Accounts
- omnichannel marketing and development of initiatives, customer mapping, keeping abreast of consumer trends and market knowledge; continually enhancing our connection, reputation and values
