Requirements

- 2+ Years’ Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Responsibility
- abide by all company Policies and Procedures in accordance with the Staff Handbook and Policy and Procedure File
- ensuring the showrooms are ready and conducting show rounds
- assisting with any other duties, that may be required
- as first point of contact, the role holder will provide a great first impression of the home, by greeting, welcoming, and assisting relatives, residents, and visitors in a professional manner, always delivering a high level of customer service
- ensuring that any visit requests are communicated to the relevant person
- ensure all team members and visitors have completed PCR’s and LFT’s and replenish the PPE station
- answering all phone calls professionally and in a timely manner
- directing queries to the appropriate department
