Have ordered from this company twice the first time was brilliant fast delivery… second time I order 3 items had no email to say been dispatched and no more communication about where my order is after emailing a number of times it’s been over a month!! I will not be using this website again and starting to think I won’t be getting my item. And don’t recommend using!

That doesn't sound too good, but the website is still running, so maybe they just have some technical problems. Have you tried to contact them through phone or anything? A month sounds like the package should be there like 4 times...
