- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- cooking for two nurseries
- job Purpose: To prepare and cook nutritionally balanced meals appropriate for under-fives in accordance with nursery guidance for under-fives
- cook also to drive the food to our Watford nursery on a daily basis - you will be paid for this separately
- to assist the nursery staff with clearing up and cleaning up after meal times
- to contribute to and attend his/her staff appraisal
- to ensure adherence to nursery’s code of practice on confidentiality
- to meet health and safety and environmental health requirements at all times
Requirements
- cleaning full driving license
- level 2/3 in Catering & Food Hygiene or a similar/equivalent qualification
- robust knowledge of Safer Food Better Business
- A current Food Hygiene Certificate
- an awareness of food allergies
