LIMITLESS TRAVEL is looking for employees for positions:
care coordinator
Responsibility
- as the senior care coordinator you will lead our care coordination process & delivery, reporting into our Care Manager
- oversee the creation of care rotas for care staff on trips, ensuring proper coverage
- order and manage necessary equipment and supplies for care operations
- collaborate with the Care Manager to maintain efficient care administrative processes
- working 3 days a week from our offices in Digbeth, and 2 days a week at home, your main objective is to oversee and ensure the effective delivery of our care planning and trip preparation, both through delivering exceptional work yourself and through supporting the other care coordinators in a team leader capacity
- manage and maintain medication administration record charts for each tour
- create medication checklists and ensure proper medication management throughout the tours
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in a care coordinator role, preferably in a domiciliary care agency
- hands-on experience working as a carer is a must
- A positive, upbeat and energising person
- caring, compassionate and dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of disabled people
- strong organisational and administrative skills
- highly competent communicator both via the telephone and in person
- excellent attention to detail
- able to support, motivate and help your colleagues
