Requirements


  • very clear written & verbal communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of major global destinations and travel products, and an up to date understanding of latest tourism trends
  • someone with a high aptitude and passion for sales, ideally with a track record from previous Travel Industry role
  • an organised & disciplined attitude towards workload and time management, balancing multiple factors at any one time, is very important
  • somebody who enjoys working to both individual and team goals / objectives, within in a friendly and competitive environment
  • previous experience of working on a GDS is desirable
  • previous experience of booking and managing Groups within the Travel Industry is desirable

  • manage group travel bookings from initial enquiry to completion, and collaborate with other company departments to ensure best possible experience for our customers
  • take a “Customer First” attitude, and full ownership of our Customers In-Destination Experience
  • representing the Business externally at events with suppliers, customers & wider industry peers
