- physical fitness and agility to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions
- ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for structural work
- certifications in working at heights, rigging, and relevant safety training are advantageous
- strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibility
- maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance tasks, including repointing, repairing masonry, replacing bricks, and fixing or replacing metalwork
- construction: Assist in the construction of new structures or parts of existing structures using proper rigging techniques and equipment
- rope Access Techniques: Utilize rope access methods, rigging, and climbing equipment to ascend and descend structures safely
- documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and any additional information required for reporting purposes
- structural Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of high structures to assess their condition, identify structural issues, and determine necessary maintenance or repair work
