Responsibility
- this role also requires the individual to always be flexible
- support will also be required to help look after calibrations, stock, assets and consumables for the Company
- they will Support the Head of Logistics in ensuring adherence to Quality standards and legislative requirements within their department
- the Logistics Operations Planner and Coordinator will support the Head of Logistics in the Group logistics including movement of Vehicles across the UK as and when required sometimes at very short notice, the individual must have very strong organisational and communication skills
- ensure communications and collaborative work is carried out with other departments to ensure clients’ needs are met
- to support the Head of Logistics and Stock and Assets Co-ordinating manager in ensuring that all assets and consumables for equipment procurement and calibrations, location of the stock and ensuring stock levels are maintained with the support of a stock and asset co-ordinator
Requirements
- proven to be a very organised individual
- is extremely self-motivated and flexible
- experience in fleet, asset and consumables management
- high level IT literacy skills
- able to take on extra responsibility in the absence of the Head of Logistics
- reliable, professional and adaptable
- strong decision-making skills
- logistics: 3 years
