Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service Team here in Bramley, Leeds. Your role will be to support and share the workload as one of our Customer Services representatives
- answering and transferring calls to the relevant departments
- communicating with internal departments to ensure garments are processed and despatched efficiently
- assisting with order entry for some customers
