Requirements
- ability to manage Nursing Home in absence of the Home Manager
- excellent experience in the auditing process
- excellent working knowledge of computerised care packages
- proven ability to monitor care practices and manager staff
- driving licence
- closing Date for application forms 5pm on Friday 7th April 2023
- 1st level nurse with minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, with at least 3 years of these being at clinical lead/sister level
- all success applicants will be subject to an Access NI Police check
Responsibility
- to take responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the home and its services and being available to staff on an on call basis for emergencies in the absence of the Home Manager
- ensure that clinical and nursing procedures are carried out correctly at all times
