- strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financials, and team performance
- we are currently seeking dynamic Pub Managers to lead our vibrant and growing pubs across the North East of England

- ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments

- an understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Responsibility
- customer Service: Ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
- operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including stock control, budgeting, payroll, and health and safety compliance
- financial Management: Manage the pub’s financials, ensuring profitability through cost control, sales maximization, and budget management
- event Planning & Promotions: Organize and promote events to drive footfall and enhance the pub's reputation within the local community
- marketing & Social Media: Use local knowledge and social media platforms to promote the pub and drive customer engagement
- team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar staff, chefs, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
