Working hours

Responsibility

  • interpret, record & maintain customer enquiries on Eque2 database
  • ensuring materials/labour are prepared for appointments
  • provision of an excellent customer care experience
  • development of Keigar Homes Standards booklet
  • liaise with Customers, Site Managers, Subcontractors & In-house maintenance technicians to arrange appointments for maintenance work, and manage its progression to a timely conclusion

Requirements

  • good computer skills, with high attention to detail
  • excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay organised
  • friendly & professional demeanour
  • critical thinking & problem solving skills
  • able to work quickly under pressure
  • some knowledge of maintenance/construction industry would be preferred
  • customer service: 2 years
