Responsibility
interpret, record & maintain customer enquiries on Eque2 database
ensuring materials/labour are prepared for appointments
provision of an excellent customer care experience
development of Keigar Homes Standards booklet
liaise with Customers, Site Managers, Subcontractors & In-house maintenance technicians to arrange appointments for maintenance work, and manage its progression to a timely conclusion
Requirements
good computer skills, with high attention to detail
excellent written & verbal communication skills
ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay organised
friendly & professional demeanour
critical thinking & problem solving skills
able to work quickly under pressure
some knowledge of maintenance/construction industry would be preferred
customer service: 2 years
