- part-time
Responsibility
- daily management of Keay Roofing’s diary, ensuring all quotations and jobs are booked in, accurately
- develop and manage relationships with all clients, including domestic, commercial and property management teams
- ensure health and safety procedures are followed and outlined for all jobs
- prepare daily job sheets for roofing engineers
- manage upcoming and outstanding payments
- organise and file warranties on behalf of clients
- vehicle fleet management
- facilitate meetings with suppliers, contractors and clients
Requirements
- preferably Level 2 – Level 3, business administration or similar qualification
- previous experience working within a busy, administrative role
- proven ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities
- demonstrable evidence of a courteous and reliable approach to your work
