Responsibility
- we will always give you an induction to any site before you start
- we will give you full, on-site training to help you acheive our high standards
- we will always make sure you have a full stocked cleaning cupboard
- we will always pay you on time, and if there was ever a mistake with your wages, correct this immediately
- we are on-call 24/7 to help you with any emergency whilst at work
- we will always pay above the national minimum wage, and provide you an opporunity to do overtime, as and when available
- we will provide you with a contract of employment, and access to our HR Department
- we will visit you regulary to make sure you are happy at work, address any issues - we work when you work so we are always on hand to help
