customer service advisor

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • order entry into CRM/ERP system
  • respond to internal / external enquiries while maintaining department service level
  • collect information via the telephone and ensure all incidents are identified and managed correctly. You may have to escalate issues to various departments
  • liaise with account managers regarding customer requirements, order updates, pricing, and general account management
  • filing to ensure documentation is available to support internal/external audits
  • communicate with 3rd parties to amend or follow up on requests

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • customer Service orientation
  • ability to build relationship at all levels
  • self-motivated attitude, conscientious and excellent personal discipline
  • multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritise, attention to details
  • proactive and takes the initiative to ensure the customer has a positive outcome at all times
  • analytical and problem solving skills
  • must resolve order intake, order returns, account management and shipping issues successfully and efficiently
  • ability to obtain and work through issues relating to product availability before they affect the customer
