Responsibility
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- ensuring that HR documents including health and safety policies are up to date
- assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents
- attending meetings with senior management and keeping minutes from meetings
- organising induction programmes for new employees
- ordering stationery and IT equipment
- processing invoices and managing office budgets
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager
- excellent communication, inter personal, planning and organising skills
- knowledge of maintaining budgets and Health & Safety
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration would be desirable
