Responsibility
- to manage & plan the CRM order queue ensuring that the order status and dates are managed efficiently
- to schedule work efficiently ensuring that work is planned and executed in line the company and client KPIs
- liaising with our sales team and customers to confirm bookings for works and provide an efficient service
- to distribute works orders to HX Air Engineers in a timely manner
- review Daily Service reports, log non-conformances and training opportunities and pass to Operations Manager for resolution
- to manage & plan ClicData contract workflow ensuring that work is planned 3 months in advance and conducted in line with pre-agreed KPIs
- to review the ClicData service delivery weekly ensuring that work is marked as completed
- to manage the schedule, be mindful of engineer location and skill set and ensure that any available days are filled in a timely manner
