Responsibility
- ▪ To log and distribute incoming daily post
- ▪ To undertake daily scanning and maintaining records of patient care records and patient booking forms
- ▪ To assist with any facility requests to ensure the smooth running of the site as requested
- ▪ HR Support including DBS update service, employee database completion, new starter uniform allocations and general training requirements
- ▪ To undertake support in the management of PCNs, NIPs and other road related fines and penalties
- ▪ To provide support to the Senior Management in relation to day-to-day activities, which will include filing, scanning, answering telephones, and dealing with emails
- ▪ To undertake any other tasks that may be required
- ▪ To undertake data entry, retrieval and database maintenance including completion of journey data, uploading documents, ensuring that compliance information/evidence is up to date
Requirements
- emotional The post holder must be able to work successfully under pressure
- C or above NVQ3 or Intermediate level AAT
- working Conditions Desk based Role
- experience of working in a client driven organization
- mental Concentration required for effectively multi-tasking, analysing data, writing reports etc
- able to work with Senior
- management and within a team, to take direction from others and collaborate effectively
