Responsibility
- develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to enhance children's cognitive, social, and emotional skills
- plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate educational activities
- cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- create a secure and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS standards
- monitor and support children’s development and well-being
- assess and track the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records
- build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Teacher Status
- previous experience teaching in an early years setting
- A relevant teaching qualification - QTS / EYTS is preferred
- in-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- experience working with young children in an educational setting
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to creating a safe and enriching educational environment
- A commitment to continuous professional development
