project Administrator required for window and door Company based in Thanet
this role requires exceptional attention to detail and would benefit from some prior experience in the construction industry
coordinate with site managers and manufacturers to schedule timely and accurate deliveries of construction materials to project sites
maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of project-related information, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other essential documentation
you will play a crucial role in providing office-based administrative support within the Estimating Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects
assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the estimating department / managers
project Support: Assist in coordinating and organizing construction projects, ensuring all administrative aspects are efficiently managed
communication: Facilitate effective communication between the office and site managers, team members, clients, and external sub-contractors
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
high school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Additional certifications or vocational training in administration or project management would be advantageous
proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction-related environment
strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
proficiency in using standard office software
strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and managers
ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently
understanding of construction industry processes, terminologies, and procedures is beneficial
