Requirements
- degree in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- at least three years of experience in a senior design engineering role covering end-to-end product lifecycle
- strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering, test methods, processes, and quality systems
- experience in instrumentation or motion control engineering
- proven track record in hands-on product design, including embedded systems, modules, and full product architecture
- experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- passion for technology and innovation
- strong knowledge of motor drives and controls
Responsibility
- defining the required electronics architecture and performance specifications based on product functional requirements
- following the New Product Development process from proof-of-concept through to production, including quality assurance through automated testing
- generating supporting documentation for product manufacturing
- leading electronics and systems project design reviews
- contributing to overall program planning and execution
