Responsibility
- assistant Manager Facilities
- leading the Facilities Team in the day-to-day maintenance operation of the resort including service standards, equipment schedule, and work schedules
- annual Salary - £34,501.60
- to be financially aware of costs incurred by the department and to continually seek to minimise wastage
- to comply with the purchase order procedure, to ensure deliveries are checked upon receipt and discrepancies are followed through
- temporary Position - As Facilities Manager you are responsible for the effective management of all facilities and maintenance operations within the resort, including energy conservation and oversight of the Grounds Team
- you are also responsible for the training and development of the Facilities and Grounds Teams and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures, as required by Health and Safety
- duties will include, but are not limited to the following
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role
- full UK driving licence
- full UK Driving Licence
- positive attitude and good communication skills
- commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- someone who is a Team Player – Collaborative, Flexible, Fun and Dynamic
