Responsibility
assistant Manager Facilities
leading the Facilities Team in the day-to-day maintenance operation of the resort including service standards, equipment schedule, and work schedules
annual Salary - £34,501.60
to be financially aware of costs incurred by the department and to continually seek to minimise wastage
to comply with the purchase order procedure, to ensure deliveries are checked upon receipt and discrepancies are followed through
temporary Position - As Facilities Manager you are responsible for the effective management of all facilities and maintenance operations within the resort, including energy conservation and oversight of the Grounds Team
you are also responsible for the training and development of the Facilities and Grounds Teams and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures, as required by Health and Safety
duties will include, but are not limited to the following
Requirements
previous experience in a similar role
full UK driving licence
full UK Driving Licence
positive attitude and good communication skills
commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
someone who is a Team Player – Collaborative, Flexible, Fun and Dynamic
