- source and book suitable venues, equipment, and materials necessary for each workshop, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- regularly inspect venues and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards
- oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols
- workshop Planning: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand workshop objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes
- conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential health and safety issues. Ensure that emergency response plans are in place and communicated to all relevant parties
- communicate health and safety guidelines and updates to participants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
