Requirements

previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
proven customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
