- £24000 basic plus Commison with excellend senior management prospects and the scope to build your own division
- exciting Opportunity for senior consultant to come onboard to establish an indutrial support division with The Guardsman Group
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- utilize systems to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress
- conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- proficiency in using CRM systems
- excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment purposes
- familiarity with employment laws and regulations
