- responsible for competently fault-finding on domestic properties, including
- repairing of doors and windows
- lock repairs and replacements
- flooring
- stud wall installation
- roofing repairs
- soffits and facia repairs and replacements
- carry out Health and Safety checks on all equipment and jobs
