Responsibility
- our client is looking to appoint a Registered Children's Home Manager to work 9am - 5pm Mon-Friday on a permanent basis
- responsible for the day to running of the home and leading the team
- this is a 6 bed home for children and teenagers
- the children do have emotional and behavioral difficulties, so deserve the best care possible
- able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to development plans and strategies for children's services
- have a strong working knowledge of of regulations including the quality standards, 2015, to ensure home is OFSTED compliant
- must have experience with OFSTED and delivering good outcomes for children
