- agreeing Client and Sub-Contract Final Accounts
- monitoring site costs on a weekly basis providing feedback to construction team as required
- to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
- attending, contributing to and taking minutes of meetings as required
- re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings
