- preferred Minimum Diploma Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent related studies. Diploma will be provided otherwise
- to liaise with outside agencies
- to respect the confidentiality of young people and other team members unless in direct conjunction with the Whistle Blowing policy
- to carry out any reasonable requests by your line manager as deemed necessary to fulfil your role of employment
