• working under an executive Chef you will run the kitchen on a day to day basis
• you will use fresh, seasonal and local produce to prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service
• you will use produce and meats from the farm so all locally sourced
• the hours of work are 0900-1600 Monday to Friday
• due to location your own transport is an advantage
