work with all stakeholders to develop ETCS for mainline operations, including attendance of national working groups, representing First Group TOC's interests at each working group
support the operators in the revision of their Competence Management and Assessment Systems

Responsibility
support project delivery from initial scoping to handover to business-as-usual
define client requirements and ensure delivery to time, cost and quality standards
create and maintain quality project documentation
identify stakeholders and keep them appraised through regular reporting
ensure all known risks are effectively managed, mitigated and communicated
identify and apply change controls as necessary
produce assignment case studies and lessons learned

project coordinator
Responsibility
supporting the creation and maintenance of project management information, reports and plans
tracking, analysing, reporting and forecasting project plans, status and metrics
coordinating project meetings and workshops, taking meeting notes and tracking actions
assisting with internal communications and project presentations
supporting the development and maintenance of project management logs, including risks, opportunities, assumptions, issues and dependencies, and decisions made relating to each project
Requirements
further education – degree level or equivalent
attained, or working towards attaining, appropriate professional qualifications is also desirable, but not essential

this role will take the lead in Problem Management
this includes overseeing the delivery of IT services to meet the needs of the business, ensuring that IT services are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and effectively managing our suppliers and partners
they will be responsible for developing and expanding the use of the core FreshService IT Service management toolset and developing appropriate processes and procedures within their area of responsibility
