ensure the preservation and registration of Title Deeds, maintaining a digital record for present and future needs
create and manage Estates Case sheets for review by the Estates Group, recording all information for a complete audit history
liaise with 3rd parties, partners, and internal resources to manage our client’s estate in line with business needs
co-ordinate and respond to external estates matters promptly and effectively
this role is based in city centre Edinburgh
develop and maintain a network of internal and external contacts for all property and estate matters
act as the initial point of contact for all estate and property matters, including business improvement initiatives

Requirements

proven experience in estate or property management, including legal and contract negotiations
knowledge of Title Deeds preservation, estate management processes, and property-related legalities
strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
effective communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
proficient in using relevant software and tools for data management and reporting
