Responsibility
- full-time
- ensure the preservation and registration of Title Deeds, maintaining a digital record for present and future needs
- create and manage Estates Case sheets for review by the Estates Group, recording all information for a complete audit history
- liaise with 3rd parties, partners, and internal resources to manage our client’s estate in line with business needs
- co-ordinate and respond to external estates matters promptly and effectively
- this role is based in city centre Edinburgh
- develop and maintain a network of internal and external contacts for all property and estate matters
- act as the initial point of contact for all estate and property matters, including business improvement initiatives
Requirements
- proven experience in estate or property management, including legal and contract negotiations
- knowledge of Title Deeds preservation, estate management processes, and property-related legalities
- strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
- effective communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
- proficient in using relevant software and tools for data management and reporting
