Responsibility
- service, fault-finding & maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and emergency lighting Systems
- good fault-finding skills and ability to resolve technical issues
- take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
- carry out effective communications with the client and management team
- work closely with other engineers and provide support to more junior members of the team
- installation and commissioning of fire and security systems, emergency lighting, gas suppression, fire extinguishers and monitoring elements of watermist and sprinkler system pump houses and flow pipework
- to participate in a call out rota
- field based role
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- driving license required
- able to work alone and be able to fault find confidently on most if not all systems
- be able to pass an enhanced security check
- confident and presentable face to face with good customer skills and clean professional attitude always
- be able to travel nationally at short notice, early starts, late finishes and staying away occasionally
