Responsibility
- collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified professionals with relevant experience in the construction industry
- source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for roles in the renewable sector
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding successful hires
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry stakeholders
- develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients in the Scandinavian construction sector
- stay updated on market trends and contribute insights to enhance recruitment strategies
- provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring their recruitment needs and expectations are met
Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- experience with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems beneficial
- proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- proven experience in recruitment preferred, graduates considered
- passion for sustainability and a genuine desire to contribute to the renewable energy transition
- knowledge of the Scandinavian construction market and familiarity with relevant job profiles, qualifications, and skills is a benefit
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
