Responsibility

recruit, train and manage your own team of Mechanics and Valeters
ensure business objectives are executed properly and against a given timeframe
oversee day-to-day running of the workshop, coordinate and manage team schedules and event availability
oversee a transitional period and implement new infrastructure internally to support positive change and development
to serve as a company leader overseeing day to day operations and focusing on long term interests of the business
suggest and manage new methods of working to heighten proficiency
liaise closely with the parts department, ensure part availability and warranty procedures are adhered to
to represent the company's overall business strategies and work to implement and effect change in the daily working environment

Requirements

you must also have access to your own vehicle and have a full clean UK driving license
ability to work well under pressure and motivate a team
possess first class industry knowledge with insightful analytical skills
strong leadership skills with great problem-solving ability
innovative and resourceful with the ability to implement new working processes
ability to provide strong coaching and mentoring to peers and colleagues
able to analyse and identify faults and repair methods on a case by case basis
excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbally
