Responsibility
- client facing role when dealing with reactive maintenance
- dealing with deliveries and site clearance
- maintaining site cleanliness and safety
- carrying out ad-hoc construction tasks to support the project and management team
- supporting the project team and sub-contractors during the build to ensure the projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- plugging the gaps between the site manager, direct labour, suppliers and sub-contractors - generally, being the glue on site to help keep the project on track

- able to carry out works to a high standard, due to the nature of our high-end projects
- polite and easy to get along with
- tidy and clean work
- full drivers license
