Responsibility

  • we have 5-10 long term clients, who after optimising their system, now require continued system support
  • as more optimisation projects are completed, this may continue to grow
  • we are therefore looking for someone to join the team and help with this continued need
  • support requirements can vary from basic, such as setting up new users, to more complex issues, such as system failures
  • ERP Accountants is a small accountancy consultancy firm, specialising in ERP optimisation, finance transformation and corporate restructuring projects. Our continued growth and expansion has resulted in a need for additional support
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with good problem-solving skills, computer literate, the ability to exhaust all potential possibilities, and enforce system controls
  • you will be working within various finance systems, liaising with all types of users from sales and marketing to senior finance members, including financial controllers

Requirements

  • proven ability for maintaining confidentiality
  • curiosity, and the drive to learn new technologies at pace
  • customer/user/stakeholder management experience
  • excellent attention to detail
  • system administration: 1 year
