ENS RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:

nurse

Responsibility

  • provision of mental health interventions to Service Users within the prison establishment across wellbeing, primary and secondary mental health
  • conducting parental discussions to ensure full triage can take place
  • performing neurodevelopmental screenings of referrals
  • communicating effectively with schools and other professionals
  • contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • maintaining accurate and timely records for effective communication
  • providing clear communication of triage outcomes to the referrer
  • this will involve being responsible for managing their own caseload, including assessments, care planning, delivering interventions and reviewing care of patients located within the prison with a mental illness, within the framework of the multi-disciplinary team and Care Programme Approach

Requirements

  • experience in ADHD, Autism, or Childcare
  • ability to triage referrals and communicate the rationale effectively
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • NVQ Level 3 or above – Health & Social Care
  • full Driving License and access to own car
  • 3 years current Health and Social Care experience in a senior role/managing a team
  • auditing experience, able to chair meetings and write reports
  • working in partnership with other professionals e.g., health, local authority, CQC
  • understanding of relevant legislation’s e.g., MCA, DOL’s, Safeguarding & Health & Safety Act
