ENS RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
nurse
Responsibility
- provision of mental health interventions to Service Users within the prison establishment across wellbeing, primary and secondary mental health
- conducting parental discussions to ensure full triage can take place
- performing neurodevelopmental screenings of referrals
- communicating effectively with schools and other professionals
- contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
- maintaining accurate and timely records for effective communication
- providing clear communication of triage outcomes to the referrer
- this will involve being responsible for managing their own caseload, including assessments, care planning, delivering interventions and reviewing care of patients located within the prison with a mental illness, within the framework of the multi-disciplinary team and Care Programme Approach
Requirements
- experience in ADHD, Autism, or Childcare
- ability to triage referrals and communicate the rationale effectively
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- nursing: 1 year
