Requirements
experience in ADHD, Autism, or Childcare
ability to triage referrals and communicate the rationale effectively
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

NVQ Level 3 or above – Health & Social Care
full Driving License and access to own car
3 years current Health and Social Care experience in a senior role/managing a team
auditing experience, able to chair meetings and write reports
working in partnership with other professionals e.g., health, local authority, CQC
understanding of relevant legislation’s e.g., MCA, DOL’s, Safeguarding & Health & Safety Act
