Responsibility
- set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components according to specifications
- inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments to the machines
- work with team members to troubleshoot and solve problems with machines and processes
- maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities
- adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements
- proven experience as a Turner Setter/Operator with experience in CNC machining
- experience using Fanuc control systems
- proficient in reading engineering drawings and using measuring equipment
- strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- excellent communication skills
