tax manager
Responsibility
- preparation of CFC analysis, as well as other tax reporting required e.g. DAC 6, WHT Clearances, Tax Residency Certificates, etc
- assistance with UK and International tax audits
- assisting on the group’s country by country reporting and management charges process
- assist with design and implementation of business restructuring, refinancing and other advisory projects as required
- assist with ensuring that the group is compliant with its BEPS Pillar 2 compliance requirements
- work to build strong relationships with tax, treasury, finance, legal and operations personnel in key countries responsible for the business operations impacted by projects implemented
- preparation of Group Masterfile and UK Divisional local files as well as supporting overseas territories with local files and managing the advisors where these are outsourced
