Responsibility

  • developing and implementing strategy to generate more business from either existing or new client base
  • conducting research to identify new and developing markets and customer needs
  • build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • arrange meetings with prospective clients with high transfer to actual sales
  • maintaining administrative records of sales, ensuring that process is duly followed
  • lead our business development team, managing your own workload but also ensuring team is equipped to fulfil theirs, providing ad hoc training where necessary

Requirements

  • proven track record of sales experience
  • experience with customers both face-to-face and over email/phone
  • strong administration and MS Office Skills
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to learn new market and industry, and train others
