Responsibility

CAD File Creation: Develop precise, manufacturable CAD files suitable for 3D printing, CNC machining, and mold production
reverse Engineering: Use a 3D scanner to capture vehicle surfaces and integrate them into CAD designs for seamless fitment
prototyping & Testing: Assist in 3D printing prototypes, refining designs for manufacturability and ensuring proper vehicle fit
manufacturing Preparation: Generate technical drawings and specifications for production, considering material constraints and tolerances
collaboration: Work closely with fabricators, mechanics, and the business team to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and production requirements
industry Research: Stay up to date with the latest automotive customization trends, materials, and production techniques
3D Design & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and renders of custom body kits, including bumpers, fenders, side skirts, and other aerodynamic components
