  • the position is for a community healthcare assistant, you will work alongside a colleague, carrying out visits to clients in their own homes to provide end of life care, also to support the families/carers of those clients
  • your duties will be to carry out personal care, all activities of daily living, to include catheter care, mouthcare and stoma care amongst other client needs
