deliver a top-tier customer service experience, providing expert advice on product selection, design, and installation
Responsibility
customer Experience: Create an inspiring and welcoming environment, manage customer touchpoints, and continuously improve visitor satisfaction
team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-functional team including Design Sales Consultants and Front of House Coordinators
reporting & Innovation: Report KPIs to the Marketing Director, initiate local marketing activations, and implement strategies to increase footfall and engagement
showroom Leadership: Manage and coach the showroom team to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and ensure brand consistency through outstanding visual merchandising and customer engagement
conduct regular performance reviews, setting individual goals and development plans for staff
training Academy Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day running of the training academy, ensuring courses are relevant, facilities are of a high standard, and revenue targets are achieved
lead and motivate the showroom team, providing guidance and training to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
