Responsibility
- residential Support Worker
- manager, Deputy, Senior Residential Support Worker
- responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of self and colleagues in accordance with the requirements of the organisational Health and Safety Policies
- to act as a key worker or co-worker for a young person to ensure that the young person's care plans are up to date and that all their care needs are met. To provide a positive role model to offer advice, guidance, and assistance where appropriate
- to report to the Line Manager or other appropriate persons, malpractices or evidence which may suggest it
- to assist the Managers in operating processes within the young person's Home, which reflect Davis Homes aims, objectives, and philosophies
- providing support for young people in their education and extracurricular activities
- to contribute to support planning, participating in reviews and other meetings as required, and assisting in the implementation of support and development plans
