  • we are looking to recruit individuals who will provide a high standard of direct nursing care to our residents, based on the assessment of care needs

  • QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as you will be required to start training towards a Level 2 Qualification if successful for the post
  • we are looking to recruit individuals who have a genuine interest in working with older persons and could provide a positive attitude to meeting the needs and choices of individuals in our care

Requirements

  • experience / qualifications are not required. A full valid UK driving license is required
  • we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable employees to work with our Catering department. Previous experience is essential. Qualifications are desirable

Responsibility

  • work as part of a team
  • follow COSHH procedures as per the department training programme
  • ensure the vehicle is maintained in a clean and operational condition
  • complete any necessary administration, including collection of monies, as directed by management

Responsibility

  • providing assistance with the Management of the day-to-day running of the home

  • working with the Registered Manager to develop an ethos that reflects residents’ individual needs
  • ensure all staff are working in accordance with the Codes of Professional Practice for Social Care Wales
  • participate in weekly Manager / Deputy Meetings to communicate the needs and movements of residents and staff in the home
