plan and prepare balanced, varied, and nutritious menus, considering residents' needs and dietary preferences
to place weekly food orders
responsible for budgeting and cost control of food
oversee kitchen staff training to ensure compliance with current food safety and hygiene legislation
to maintain a high standard of cleanliness with in the kitchen as I.A.W. Environmental Health guidelines
