Responsibility
- support is needed for our growing company to ensure we maximise our efficeny and evolve to be more than a standard cleaning company, In return we will offer a competive salery above most other cleaning companies starting £12.00ph, After a successfull probation this will rise to £13.00ph, Then as we grow this will be reviewed, With this role also becomes working up the ladder to a towards a Area Manager
- working around 10 Hours per day from 06:00am However this can change to the companies needs, Predominantly working Thur Fri Sat Sun however this may change week on week, However you will know the week before
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
