Terrible cleaning company. Someone from Clean Factor has been signing the sheet in our stairwell to say that it has been cleaned, but it clearly hasn't been cleaned for months. No one ever mops, never seen anyone in the close, and dirt has been there for months. We asked our factor to change the cleaning company and refused to pay for our cleaning.

Great service, very flexible and accommodating. Cleaning was done to a high standard. Would certainly recommend.

Do not book this company ti do an end of tenancy clean. They didn't show up then claim they were not aware of the time even though double checked. I had no materials with me to clean property before my check out. Caused me untold stress and unnecessary worry. Nightmare to deal with

Working with Sapphire was an amazing experience. They are one of the best in the game. Highly recommend.
