The level of service has really gone down hill as this team/company have grown. Attention to detail is not great, they seem careless when moving around the house with dents and chips in my skirting boards. Do not book this company ti do an end of tenancy clean. They didn't show up then claim they were not aware of the time even though double checked. I had no materials with me to clean property before my check out. Caused me untold stress and unnecessary worry. Nightmare to deal with
