Responsibility
- ensure that all mandatory training for Scheme Managers, Agency staff and Care staff is allocated and carried out within Crossroads, ensuring that they are always compliant and in line with minimum standards
- be responsible for scheduling staff on refresher training at the appropriate intervals and ensure it is shown on staff rotas
- to attend all staff meetings and staff supervision sessions as and when required
- ensure reports are made to the various trusts in regard to all notifiable events including incidents, accidents and complaints and to ensure that this is done in an appropriate and timely manner
- ensure that reports are completed to a professional standard
- provide training to external parties as and when required
- ensure staff are spot checked on a regular basis and in the absence of monitoring staff complete staff spot checks as and when required
